Pemra Özgen (born 8 May 1986, İstanbul) is a Turkish tennis player.

Özgen had begun her career at the age of 8 when she was emulating her friends to play tennis in 1994.[2] She kept training at İstanbul based clubs; respectively at Taçspor Kulübü and Dağcılık Tenis Spor Kulübü. She had been invloved in tournaments at the age of 12. Begun her professional career in 2002, she had shown a rapid improvement as ascending from 1099th to 471th place at World Ranking.[2] However, she could not reach enough scale to play at Grand Slams.
In Doubles, she attended Istanbul Cup with Çağla Büyükakçay with wild card and eliminated in the first round in 2007. Özgen won various titles both in domestic and foreign tournaments in Greece,[3] France, Portugal and, Israel.[4]
